<b>Version 0.6</b> (release date 2016-10-18) now brings a computer opponent to be selected via options menu. The computer AI player is a reasonable strong player. It is using a Monte-Carlo Tree Search (mcts) algorithm with UCT/UCB (Upper Confidence Bounds Applied to Trees). Both sides can be played by the computer AI player.
<b>Oware</b> (in <em>Akan</em> language) - a traditional game from Ghana, Africa, is a Mancala (Manquala) game.
<b>Ouril</b> (also known as <em>Uril, Ouri, Oril</em>) as played in the Republic of Cabo Verde has slightly different rules compared towards <em>Oware</em>. <em>Ouril</em> is popular in Portuguese influenced countries, too, due to former Portuguese colonialism adopting parts of African culture.
Play an abstract perfect-information strategy board game of <b>Oware</b> or <b>Ouril</b> against a friend or a computer opponent. Exact rules and options available via application menu on upper left when started.
