The application "Periodic Table" is a handy interactive tool presenting the periodic table of chemical elements. The potential target groups are pupils, students and teachers as well as those interested in applied sciences.
The periodic table is a tabular arrangement of the chemical elements, based on their similarities and differences. The user may derive any kind of information about the chemical element, such as its Name and Symbol, its Atomic Number, the Chemical Group, the Period, the Block, the Number of Electrons per layer it has and its Atomic Weight. Furthermore, if the user is connected to the Internet, there is additional information via Wikipedia.
